Food, Lodging and Camping
There will be special tickets available for purchase to the Ouray Hot Springs.
For the price of single day entry fee, 5 days of full access to the pools and showers
will be available.
Food Packages
The supper meal package sign-up deadline is 12 July 2026.
The banquet sign-up deadline is 12 July 2026.
The deadlines exist because of food ordering requirements.
An supper meal package will be available for purchase at registration time (opt out),
cost $150 per person. Supper will be served from 18:30 (6:30pm) to 19:30 (7:30pm) MST.
The rationale for the supper package option is the limited restaurant capacity of Ouray
and that the rally takes place during the summer tourist high season. This approach
has worked well in past rallies. Note: only a couple of restaurants take reservations and can
close early if they run out of food.
The food will be served in a tent at the central rally headquarters area by Twin Peaks Lodge staff.
A cash bar will be available. Note that the dinning tent will be the location for evening presentations
and is adjacent to the sponsor and vendor display area.
Attendees are responsible for their own breakfast and lunch. Most of the lodges and hotels
offer a breakfast option.
The final rally banquet dinner is included in the rally fee, but other meals are optional with the
food packages.
Menu Options (preliminary) (Vegetarian options will be available)
BBQ DINNER: Smoked Ribs and pulled pork . BBQ sauce, coleslaw, baked beans and
American potato salad, biscuit with butter, fresh fruit, iced tea and lemonade.
MEXICAN DINNER- Enchiladas, rice, beans, Build your own taco bar (2 per person).
(shells, ground beef, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato, sour cream, salsa.),
fresh fruit, and Ice Tea/Lemonade.
BURGERS & BRATS: hamburgers, brats both on buns, American potato salad, coleslaw,
baked beans, fresh fruit, iced tea and lemonade.
LASAGNA DINNER: Meat lasagna, green salad, garlic bread stick, fresh fruit, iced tea and lemonade.
CHICKEN CORDON BLEU DINNER: (Banquet) Chicken Cordon Bleu, rice pilaf, pasta salad, fresh fruit,
iced tea and lemonade.
Full Supper Package: supper for rally days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
The Friday end of rally banquet dinner is included in the registration fee.
Lodging Packages
Booking lodging is the responsibility of the registrant. Arrangements have been made with the
lodging providers listed below to reserve blocks of rooms. The lodging packages will have
hard book by dates, after those dates participants will be on their own with no guarantees.
The lodging package availability will expire on the dates listed for each lodging business.
Contact the lodging facility directly to book, either by calling or going to
the lodging web site. The lodging name is a link to their web site.
The Twin Peaks Lodge and Hot Springs has a special link for 2026 LRNR
reservation at a discounted rate.
Again, this is the high season for tourism in Ouray and each lodge has its own schedule for
maximizing its business success. In many cases, existing bookings have already limited
the available room options for a lodging business.

Camping
Basic camping is included in the rally registration.
The camping sites will have portable toilets and hand washing stations.
Showers can be taken at the Ouray Hot Springs facility with the special
entry pass purchase.
